Just a guess... I'm letting one of my lines go at the end of the billing period. Maybe Sprint seeing that one is being cancelled -- can front load an extra line in there temporarily.

Or maybe they just screwed up.. who knows.

Update: Sprint apparently noticed. One Framily member was kicked out of the Framily.

Why does Sprint want to break up Framilies like that.

Sprint is not Framily Friendly.

They do not Focus on the Framily.

They don't have Framily Values.

"Framily is not an important thing. Its everything." Michael J. Fox

Homewreckers.

That is all.

Thank you.

Cool Need to join a framily

long time reader because I could not remember my user ID and email address for the site. just reset my account. Now I need to join a framily. long time sprint customer, over 12 years, not on a contract now. I need to get a lower bill so I will feel good about being a customer in Charlotte NC.

What do I need to tell these sprint folks to get on the plan? What do I tell them if they try to give me a hard time and say I cant?

What exactly are those 2 sets of numbers you gave me?????
Framily ID and last 4 of phone number?

The first is the Framily ID, the second is the last four digits of my Sprint cell number. That is all the info you need to give them, aside from your personal stuff.

I don't know why they would give you a hard time. Is there a problem that you are aware of?

Just got off the phone with SPRINT with Donnie. At first they were not going to let me in an existing Framily because I am an existing sprint customer. They said I could start my own framily and add people in my household to it; that I had to live at the same address as an existing framily to be added to their plan. They told me I have been a customer since 2000!!!!!!!!!!

I said who the hell has 7 people living in the same house with them? Granted there are some..........but I dont live with my friends.

I said so Sprint wants me to leave them and then MAYBE come back as a new customer to join an existing framily? SILENCE...........CRICKETS..............he says "wait a minute" puts me on hold...........comes back a few times, gets Bigjackspratt framily ID and last 4 of number from me, and creates a case for adding me to that Framily.

He says that Sprint will contact me within 72 hours to get the status of merging to this Framily updated! STAY TUNED!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

I may finally have a FRAMILY!

It seems to me that Framily works best as a marketing tool to get existing customers to solicit new customers for Sprint; this gives them their best marketing cost savings. But as I see it Framily also acts as a customer retention program, which does not have as high a revenue gain and marketing cost savings, but would Sprint rather get $45 a month from me plus insurance? or ZERO per month to them and more money to a competitor.

Even with this WHACKED network in Charlotte I would not leave Sprint at $45 a month for unlimited calls text and data!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I only have 3 spots left in my Framily. I hope you don't have more than that to add to it.

Framily Referral Rewards

So after signing up 5 people in 2 days I went to the Rewards site to claim my $75 a head and found that you need the full name and phone number of each person who joined, in order to claim the reward. Am I the only one who didn't know this? Everything I saw up to that point, stated that the only thing we share with each other is our Framily ID and the last four digits of our phone numbers. Of course using Sprint Chat and then calling the number they gave me,
844-887-1284, was useless. Anybody else run into this problem?
