anyone that is set up for automatic payment that has been migrating show that their bill has not been paid? My bill says it was due 2 days ago. i called sprint they said i wont be charged till next month and i'll be charged for both months, but i can be assured my service wont be cut off. i dont mind, but i'm sure for some to get stuck with double the bill would suck.

I am waiting for my parents plan to be migrated to ensemble. my new plan (which will eventually hold both mine and my fiance's phones) is in ensemble, and I want to transfer my number to the new plan... without making my parents pay $200. I have been waiting for over a month now... and I just got into a store that said they could do it... and spent probably an hour trying to get it done, then when they were ready to do it they said that I may be without service due to the manual migration... I politely said no and felt really bad for wasting an hour of her time... and I am still waiting for a proper migration

They migrated me yesterday I have a blackberry, they dropped my data plan I was without important work emails for a whole day, dropped my discounts and I was on and off the phone with them for 3 hours. Not only that, they claimed they don't even know what Pick 3 is and that I would have to pay for Sprint to Home! I still don't know if everything got worked out because I cannot see my stuff on line yet!

Mine went smooth, took a little longer than expected, but was ok. No problems for me on a SERO account.

Just checked my first bill after migration. I have a retention plan and a ton of discounts. Somehow my bill is now $9 CHEAPER than before. I still have all my calling features. I think they double-counted a couple of my discounts. Not complaining! ;-)

I'm not complaining about my plan turning from 9pm N&W included to 7PM N&W included after migration, either With that if I lose my 6PM credit, I won't have too many hard feelings
