According to the poll it looks like most people (that responded) aren't having a problem.

i went ahead and e-mailed e-care asking them to break down my plan showing me what it is i have on my plan and how much i pay for text, vision, all that on each line and to list any discounts i might have as well. i had a pretty lengthy e-mail explaining exactly what i was asking for and how when i view my plan on my phone it says one thing and when i view it online it says another thing and how before migration it said something different as well. the response i got wasn't exactly what i was looking for and it's even different from anything i've seen before. not far off, but a little. one question i had for them was about my $20 add a phone charge when before it was $0, but the rep already explained to me there wouldnt be a charge. the e-care rep said the $20 is an activation charge, but a credit has been applied. i've never heard them charging $20 before.. especially when i haven't even activated a phone. ha. oh well.. just gonna wait for my bill i guess and see what happens.

I received the letter twice now, one for a November conversion that never happened, and one for a January conversion that apparently never happened. 2 days before the slated January conversion, one of my phones died and was replaced via Exec Services. Perhaps this has delayed my Jan. conversion.

I've found that the plan listing via the WAP vision site isn't very helpful. At least for me, in addition to my current plan, it lists a bunch of old features/plans that have been removed from my account.

The only way to find out when discounts expire is to ask CS.

So i was on the phone with my girlfriend, when the call just stopped. For no reason. So i go to call her back, and it says "Your phone is not authorized to make calls to this number." UMMMMMMMMMMMM What? So i go to log into Sprint.com, only to find out that i have to make a new Username and Password. So i do all that, then it tells me the information i am using to log in is wrong. I just made it all. So then i go to do the whole Username and **** process again and this time it says it can't do it.

I am going to freak the heck out if the messed up stuff on my phone. It worked just fine the way it was. Not to mention i was NEVER notified that they were doing any of this. I get E-Bill and never got a notice or anything. Seriously, i am going to cancel, immediately if i go talk to them tomorrow and they say they can't do anything. No joke. I have put up with more than enough from Sprint in my 2 years.

I really do think i am the only person on this forum that pays almost $100 a month for a $49.99 a month plan. Yah, thats right, it costs me $30 a month for Unlimited Text and Data. What a joke. You all get all the stuff i have for free, and i get boned again and again, everymonth. Sweet!

So far migration seems to have gone smoothly. Can't double check my employee discount or my credit for 6pm N&W, but an interesting thing I noticed in my plan details. It now says my N&Ws start at 7pm instead of 9pm! So somehow during the migration, my old F&F family plan that had N&Ws at 9 is now N&Ws at 7 included. That's a nice little migration glitch if it is one.

So I suppose if I lose my 6pm credit, I'll just drop the 6pm option and be happy with the 7pm instead.

Looks like my sister got migrated. Eww, the new bill sucks to look at, lol.

But everything went smoothly with her.
