After Rooting Unable to Access Folders Under "APN Settings"

I'm new to rooting but used a post from XDA Developers forum to root my Sprint Samsung S5 phone successfully. Now I want to know what I need to do next. Do I need to install a new custom ROM?

Even after rooting my phone I still don't have access to majority of the folders under "APN Settings". Could someone help me guide here as what I need to do to get access to all the folders & files on my phone without the ugly "Access Denied" dialog? Thanks much in advance.
