leaving sprint
i have been with sprint 14 years. don't have contract. what would be the best time during payment cycle to leave? 25% of my monthly bill is bull**** fees. my signal is bad. i had to put home phone system in. i want to go to a yearly plan with good service signal. does the billing dept have a direct phone number? any help would be appreciated. thank you

Mods don't exist here. Depending who you move to, closer towards the end of your billing cycle the better.
I've seen ports take 15 minutes, up to a few days.
