Always check your bill no matter what. Contracted guys or "in house" they will bill you for things that are supposed to have been included. TWC rep actually told me that many times it is free after it is billed and then they credit it, after you call.

The only good thing is, for me, TWC has gotten fairly liberal with the credits. They gave me $25 in december for a change in services, and then another $25 in january because of an ice storm damage. Policy is they dont credit for service outages due to nature, but the girl had no issue crediting me.

I pay $3.95 a month for some service plan. If anything goes wrong with my service they have to fix it and there's no extra fees but whenever they send out a contractor. They try and tag on b.s fees such as rewiring....mind you it just so happened that the line one day stopped working on it's on. No bad weather. However the contractor changed the head piece that screws in then tries to charge me $39.95. I called when I got that bill and they said he was wrong to charge me but in like 2 years. He's the 3rd contractor to do this. Whenever a regular comcast repair guy comes I'm usually ok with no added fees on my next bill. I just don't get it. I'm praying for the right competition to come along. I don't even have any premium channels and I'm paying $150/month. No movie ordering either..Go figure.

I read a article last week saying T-Mobile was interested in maybe buying/merging with Time Warner. I have Time Warner now and it's ok but that would be really nice if that happened. Probably drive prices down.
