Well it looks like the next generation HTC phones have something good to look forward to in the music department. Hopefully for the next round of the EVO's also !! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z5uqv...e_gdata_player

Thank you for staying on topic! I am awaiting you to address my "beef" with the EVO 3D. And please calm down.

Yep...This is what I believe the EVO's successor should have been. I said as much about 3 weeks ago when I first saw it. I would have released the 4G+ as EVO 2, then release an EVO 3D for those who want it. Sprint probably knew not many people would want it if a branded EVO 2 was in the market. So, they decided to be "first" in 3D, instead hoping to recreate the EVO 4G demand again. That "first" strategy hasn't worked well since the EVO 4G, imo. (ie Kyocera Echo, EVO 3D, WiMax 4G.) But, I believe Sprint is getting it together now!

***BACK ON TOPIC: Anyone else want to comment on what a true EVO 2 would be?***

Does it take better pics then her iPhone well that's for each individual to decide. when the iPhone comes to Sprint then maybe you can be more satisfied with taking pictures on that. Until then I guess we will see how HTC future phones get upgraded or not.
Post some of these great pics youve taken. I always hear people say this but then when the pics get posted they're just as bad as mine are so I dont know if people just have low expectations or what.

Mayb some people just have over expectations. I'm not trying to when any awards or be posted in any magezines. I just take pics as I go and post on Facebook or send to family. Hmm let me figure out how to upload an image on here. It says enter url of image. Sorry not used to posting images to this site but if you have any suggestions posting from my phone I would appreciate it.

Perhaps they're just realistic expectations. After all it is a phone first. FWIW, there are some pretty good pics in the EVO 3D picture thread.

What I want

What do I want for my EVO upgrade?

4.5 to 5 inch screen. Yeah, 5 might be too much but 4.3 really isn't enough.

Dual core processor, fastest available at production

Much more storage. Yeah, I can move apps to my giant sd card but I shouldn't have to.

An atrix like laptop dock.

A bigger battery

If they jump to a 5 inch screen I`m on it!

As far as the EVO taking horrible pics
I never experienced that.
My EVO took great pics!

Although they were a little dark
but when you tweeked it in settings
they were fine.

Same thing with the EVO 3D -
It does have a greenish tint
again tweek the settings!
or use HDR camera

Must be the 4G Detroit effect that abuses the thought process.

Evo 4g = $199 when new
Evo 3d = $199 when new

Yeah us 3d owners sure pay for things we don't use

would a FM transmitter result in a bulkier phone? I guess thats what BT is for...except in cars without it (like my crappy work car)

How Times Change

I'm carrying a Note 2 with a 5.5 inch screen and am eagerly awaiting the even bigger Nexus 6.
