Exclamation KitKat Update Issues

Got the KitKat Update on 2 of My HTC ONE Phones. 2 Problems. 1 is just an Annoyance. The Battery is Plain White.
The Second Problem is NOT ABLE TO WATCH FLASH VIDEOS ANYMORE!!!!!!
***!!!!!!
I'm NOT going to do Any Update to My HTC ONE MAX at all unless this Issue gets Fixed!
Sure you can still use the YouTube App to watch YouTube Videos or even the VEVO App.
But the Problem is when you Want or Need to Watch a Video that's NOT on YouTube or VEVO, you can NOT Watch them After Updating to KitKat anymore.
Read this, Repost this, Comment on this, and Wait to see if the KitKat Update gets patched or another Update to Fix this Problem.

This is Another Issue with KitKat. It has to do with Micro SD Cards.

1) that is a google requirement the top bar is to remain untouched

2) Flash for android has been unsupported for some time Adobe actually ceased development. HTC and a few other OEMs have sacrificed security to give you flash content. 3rd party browsers are available.

The issue is with microSD in general not just the 128gb its a either a flaw or design of Kit Kat the easiest workarund is to root and flash a patch that fixes it. Thats how I resolved it with my note 3.
Well I was already rooted I just updated to Kit Kat and flashed the fix so it was seamless.

Another Issue I have experienced since Only After the KitKat Update is;
While I'm on the Internet with Any Browser and I get a Phone Call, the Screen will Switch to and Stay in Portrait Mode. For it to go back to Auto Switching between Portrait and Landscape Mode, I have to go into the Settings and Uncheck and then Recheck Screen Orientation and then go back to the Browser.
This Issue Never happened Before KitKat.
Google, W. T. F. !!!!
