any way to load Verizon PRL on sprint bb tour?

the same way as with any other sprint phone just be sure you have blackberry desktop installed so you can access the QXDM ports (google has a few howto's i just ran a quick check)

get your MSL from sprint directly first (call tech support and be nice they will give it to you) then skip to step 6 its much easier that way

at the end it notes

QXDM NAM Lock Disable:
a) nv_read nam_lock (should read enabled, which we'll change in the next command)
b) nv_write nam_lock 0 0 (disables)

do that before step 6

I already have it up and running and have roamed about 10 gigs.
