Epic 4g problems
Sprint will not replace my phone well the repair store will but they wont order me a new phone till 6 days from. Now . Long story short aftert taking my epic to the repair ce ter due to 4g issues it's now stuck on 3G and the strange thing is now the screen is black is has sound but no image on the screen. Tech at store did replace the screen but returned my phone to me still not working. I call customer service and got no where any ideAs well I did do one thing I suspended both my accounts . Until I can decide what to do cause I don't wanna pay a early termination fee.
Im going to look for a new carrier today see if I can find something comparable to simple every thing |
