EVO will not download apps
For some reasons I cannot download a lot of apps to my phone. From what I noticed is that if the app is bigger than 1mb then the phone will complain that there is no enough memory
. But smaller apps will work just fine.My phone has 300mb internal memory left and about 2gig on my SD card. I can only install those apps by download apk and put it on to my phone but not from the playstore. Thoughts?? Thanks! |

Search the XDA EVO forums. You will have better luck getting an answer. I have not had an EVO in over 1.5 years and that was 4 phones ago, so I can't help. On other phones, I have had to repartition the phone. The Incredible was really bad about this. 8GB of internal storage and an SDcard slot but only like 512MB for apps. There are apps that allow to push some apps to your SDCard that may help too. Again XDA-Developers is your best choice for help on this.

Since you are rooted...boot into recovery and clear the cache

You don't have to boot into the recovery.

. But smaller apps will work just fine.
