LG Viper Off-Contract Price

Hey, can any1 confirm 399.99 off-contract price for this phone? I was looking around and I believe I saw it for this price. I think it would be a nice deal for any1 not looking to enter contract or upgrade without renewing. Im thinking about picking this up for this price as my Evo 3D was stolen and I had no insurance or anything and my upgrade isnt till april 2013. Any1 better options?

There is no specific reason aside from it being $100-$200 cheaper than the high end phones ( Evo3D,Photon, ET ). I mean it has the essentials: Dual-Core, 1 GB RAM... Nothing to brag but what im trying to say its price is appealing compared to other smartphones and it has the LTE which would be great for when it rolls to nyc. And it should hold me atleast a year until I get to upgrade
