There's a ET4G Rom thread. You can't go wrong with Calkulin or Blazers Roms. You might want to wait til ICS is released. Which should be soon.

Fan of Calkulin's stuff on many phones. His E4GT roms are quite nice.

Haven't posted posted on this forum in months. I've been engrossed with XDA. :-) If you still with Gingerbread, definitely for for Calkulin or Blazer. I've used both and they're very fast and stable. If you want a taste of ICS the latest leak, FC18, is as close to official as it gets so far. I'm thinking an official update is within a month or so. But you never know.

Even if you don't ROM the phone, at least root it. Then, download the "big three" which is Titanium Backup, Droid Wall, and AdAway. (Well, and Busybox, but that's actually part of complete rooting anyway, so it sorta' doesn't count)
If you do ROM it, then make sure you spend the $7 and get Titanium Backup Premium first. That way, you can do a complete backup, then a one-click restore into the new ROM after it's installed. (Unless you REALLY like rebuilding/reinstalling everything from scratch) |

Just make sure the Rom you are on is compatible with Titanium back up It screws Roms up sometimes, but it`s usually posted on the Rom thread if it isn`t compatible |
