Lost Phone - Looking for New Old School One
So, I lost my Epic 4G touch, or it might have been stolen, but anyway I am looking to stay with Sprint on my contract but just get an old school flip phone.
Now a couple of questions: What is Sprint's policy if you lost your phone and you have a data plan? Do they let you just go back to a non data plan? Should I buy the phone from Sprint or should I look for an unlocked phone? (I am really at a loss on how to find a phone that works with Sprint from another sources so any search tips or websites wold be great.) A qwerty wold be nice but not really important since I do not text a lot. I just like good call quality and good battery life. Thanks all! |

Just checked on the Sprint website, they have a bunch of certified pre-owned phones. Flips, sliders,and candy bars. Prices $49,$79,and one Blackberry Tour for $99.
If you buy one of these it doesn't affect your contract or upgrade rights at all. Buy a $49 flip phone, use it 'till your current contract is fulfilled, then either port out or upgrade. |
