Touch Pro 2: Does anyone know if this screen problem is an easy/free fix?
So I just lost my phone, and I'm super broke so I'm resorting to buying a phone from craigslist. The seller tells me that the problem with this TP2 is the distorted screen shown in pictures below, and that it gets stuck on the alignment screen. He said it happened by itself, that the phone has zero scratches and has never ever been dropped.
Does anyone know if I take it to the Sprint store if they'll fix it for free? [spoiler]    [/spoiler]

I don't know about your specific problem but I wouldn't count on them fixing it for free.

If you activate the phone and put insurance on it they will repair/replace it.

Anytime you swap ESN's you can ad insurance, period. Doesn't matter if it's an old phone or not.
