return an evo for the epic

i just bought an evo with a new 2 yr contract, its an awesome phone but the battery life is the only downfall and i would like a physical keyboard, so i got the evo like 2 weeks ago n read about the epic like 2 days ago, and my question was can i return the evo and wait for the epic n get the epic at the new contract price?

If these facts are true, yes:

You have an old device to reactivate on the line.

The device is in "like new" condition.

You process the return within 30 days of having got the device.

You agree to any restocking fee that the retailer charges. Some charge them, some dont.

You ensure that the retailer contacts Sprint to restore your upgrade eligibility. If its a Sprint store, this should not be a problem, but make sure they actually do it.

Obviously you get your contract date restored to its original date, as you no longer have the upgraded device and therefore get to revert to the old contract.

Oh yeah like you can return the phone n it's like Dan said but don't let that bother you all you have to do is like call sprint n tell em you want the fone upgrade credit like restored n they'll do it really but it may cost $$$ but it's so worth it to drop the fone you really don't want anymore n wait for the new one wen it comes out

I have to ask, what happens if you don't like the Epic? Then what are you going to do? Did you buy the EVO as an impulse purchase? I can imagine the musical chairs you will be playing with phones in the next 60 days.
