Deployed Military Personnel Get Dedicated Support

Deployed Military Personnel Get Dedicated Support

The Military Suspend Support team provides dedicated support for deployed military personnel. Sprint now has a dedicated team to help our military customers with Military Suspend program questions and set up.

The new Military Suspend Support program team means the following teams will no longer be able to add or remove the MILT military suspend code.

- Account Services
- General Care
- Sales

Military Suspend Support Team - This group fields and/or handles all customer requests for adding or removing Military Suspend for Consumer, Business IL, Corporate Liable, and Fed. Gov. accounts.

Thank you too for the recognition..

I have my daughter's "babysub" line on a 2 year military hold that retention did set up for me. Go to know there will be a dedicated support team for this now..

My daughter is in Germany currently looking at a deployment to Afgan in 2011..
