Trying to get Moment on F & C 3000

Any tips? I was told that I could a month ago on the Chat feature when I logged into my account, but, today,I have talked to 3 people in a row, and they basically told me - nothing doing. Any thoughts?

wait until the feature supposedly comming out that allows you to add them for a $10 monthly fee
