HTC Evo Seidio Holster and Case review (4 of 5)

One of our winners from the latest Seidio case giveaway has submitted this review of the HTC Evo holster. Enjoy!

I’ve had my HTC EVO from Sprint for two weeks now and am very pleased with the phone – a real step forward in mobile technology. Protecting my EVO from incidental damage is a high priority for me, and I can’t think of a better solution than the Seidio Innocase II Surface, a solidly designed case made expressly for the HTC EVO that I really like. It’s a snap (literally) to attach to the phone, fits perfectly, and does not add significantly to the weight or dimensions of the phone. I wouldn’t even think of taking it off now – it’s just part of my phone, functioning like a protective cocoon that does not detract in any way from the beauty and functioning of the phone. The design is ingenious, and the thin, light-weight material from which it is made seems rock solid.

I normally carry my encased phone in my left front trouser pocket and it fits comfortably there. However, the Seidio Innocase Holster makes it possible to safely carry my phone (in its Innocase) attached to my belt when a trouser pocket is not available. The holster is designed for insertion of the phone with face in, further protecting the glass surface. It rotates on the belt clip, clicking into seven different positions, so the phone can be worn horizontally or vertically depending upon preference. A clever design with a top clip over the phone makes it easy and quick to insert and remove the phone from the holster, and the phone is held securely in place while holstered. As with the case, the material of which the holster is made is light-weight and remarkably solid.

The Seidio Innocase II Surface for the HTC EVO and its companion holster are
an ideal combination for a person on the go as much as I am, protecting my EVO while allowing full functionality of the phone wherever I am. Great products!
