When I changed my plan from SERO to EDF I also made sure they added my discount on the same call. I told the rep that unless my discount was applied at the time of the change I wouldn't do it. The rep was great, looked up my company discount, changed my plan and applied it. She did tell me the discount would not go into effect for 2 billing cycles.

A short time after the call I received a confirmation email on the changes of my plan.

They always say 1-2 I think. My discounts have always only showed on the actual bill, not site. Again guys just get it in writing (email) someone specifically saying "I confirm so and so is correct / valid". With it you should be fine, without it you may have to really fight.

Agreed. Having it in writing has me at ease. I won't know for sure until my next bill on December 6. Yeah, corporate discounts don't show up on your plan you view online. The discounts only show up under "billing and payment" and it will be listed under all those charges you see and the dollar amount as well.

so i called retention and the first girl wouldn't give me the $20 off and gave me the run around. i told her i can't upgrade my phone because the new smart phones require everything plans and she denied that. i said yes they do and she looked it up, sounded stupid, and tried to convince me to pay more. i said no thanks so she said she'd transfer me to escalations.

on hold...

the next lady was extremely rude from jump. at no point was i negative. i calmly explained myself and she was straight up attacking me. i said i wanted to upgrade my phone but not spend $70 on a plan. she said "it's either one or the other...you can't upgrade...you're not eligible" etc. she barely let me finish a sentence. i said i'm not here to argue. i said if you're not offering anything we can end this conversation. she still kept going so i hung up.

no deal for me. i'm staying month to month.

I got shot down again. Online chat denies any knowledge of it. Total crock of ship. I will give retentions a call again. All I want to do is switch my 2 500 sero plans to EDP 450 with $20 discount per line and my 23% discount applied.

called today and added my 15% CORP. i hope it actually adds
