LG Lotus = No Sprint Mobile Email Work.... EVER!!
This is a really tough problem that has been a issue since the beginning of July. I have an LG Lotus. I can't make the Mobile Email Work service work right. It keeps asking for my password after saying "It appears your password has changed". I type it in again and it makes me waite 30 minutes to try again. I have been working with Sprint's outsource for this service (Seven Networks) on this. They made a patch in September. Then Sprint scheduled to release it in October. I still don't know if it's been released. So I keep calling Sprint's tech support and today they said right away, "Wel, it looks like this has been an issue with you for many months. So rather than waste your time, I'll call you back this evening". I said "OK".
Anyone else have a problem with the LG Lotus using the Sprint Mobile Email Work application with their OWA MS Exchange 2003 remotemail setup? ...anyone...? please...??? |
