That doesnt help me ... since I have no clue about this. I'm sure someone on here knows how to do this stuff in like 2 sec and could walk me thru it easily.

DISCLAMER: if you dont know what a registry tweak is dont try this you can mess up your device and end up needing to hard reset if you make a mistake so be careful, this is all at your own risk!

Don't take this the wrong way, but that link is the step by step. If you're not familiar enough with this to use that info, you might want to avoid hacking.
Or, you could just do a quick search for AmpTweaks and use a program that will safely do a few of your requests. Not all, but some. Safely, being the key word.

"Walking" someone "through it" in a forum is not an easy thing to do.

Go HERE and get the Registry Editor and launch it from your PC while the Q is synced. From there, the hacks are self-explanatory.

Did you unlock your phone? You have to download the HTC Unlock that is linked to in the thread, and run it from the Accessories folder in your phone.

It doesn't get easier than that app I mentioned.
Honestly, find what you want, click a check box and hit OK. Hack done.

I've worked in the IT field supporting people for 23 years. No way I'm going to try and help someone hack a phone who is obviously not confident with the tools needed. You are inviting disaster and I don't want you blaming me for your phone turning to stone.

Maybe the Q isn't for OP.
This is a mobi PC for all intents and purposes.

Maybe it would be nice if you would realize that what you're asking is more difficult than you want to believe.

Maybe this is too much phone for the OP's current aptitude.
