Help: Pocket outlook won't start

I've had the touch for over a month now and every now and then outlook won't start when I click the text or email icons on the htc home screen, but a soft reset usually fixes the problem. For some reason now, pocket outlook won't start at all. No error messages or anything, and it's not running in the task manager. I've soft reset the phone several times and no luck, any suggestions????

Thanks in advance.

I'm having this exact same issue. The email and text message buttons worked this morning, now they don't. I tried power cycling and then soft reseting to no avail. I may have to try a hard reset tonight. This is kind of disheartening since the phone is not even two weeks old. I can't even find any way to launch Outlook without that button.

Are you both storing email's on the microSD card? if so, the file is corrupt. Delete the outlook folder on the chip will fix the problem.
