Getting copy of text messages

I was wondering if there is a way to get copies of text messages that were sent to my handset? Thanks for any feed back.

there used to be where you could go online and see the text messages...what ever happened to that it was just in the past year was it not????

I think you can forward them to you email. Once you delete them you are SOOL.

that was way back with short mail...

i remember i was too cheap to pay for shortmail, so whenever i got a message i would log on to a computer and look at the message. sprint took that away when they started releasing sms phones

no no this was recent with full deployment of sms i remember my niece would check hers online because her screen was cracked on her sanyo 200 which i still have for some reason or another

yes its 150.00 non refundable fee for incoming and outgoing messages.

it isnt 150 anymore. it is 15 dollars now.

lol....its a 50$$ charge...no wonder no one is happy with sprint with all the misinformation, and it has to come from corporate security and you can get in on any line canceled up to 1 year ago, call cust care ang have them xfer you or they will give you the #

I called corporate security try to get copies of text messages because I beleve my husband is cheating on me (and he is too smart to call since I check te phone bill). The phone is in MY name only... but I was told you have to have a warrant or court order to get them, and tha s te ONLY way! If ANYONE knows anything different, PLEASE help! :

Not to tell you what to do here, but if you have enough suspicion to call corporate security to get a copy of his texts, then maybe you just need to call him on it. Because if he's sneaking, and then you're sneaking behind his sneaking, then the content of those texts is just could be something you don't want to read.

Might be the only way, as you probably do need a court order or subpoena to get them.

This is usually standard practice now among companies (I've worked for a few cell companies). Most will only give the info out with a warrant or court order.

This I believe is precisely why Sprint took down their otherwise nice text msg/web interface a couple of years ago. They deployed it as a upgrade to their original Shortmail facility... you could see and save every textmsg that came in or went out. Within days it was shutdown, apparently because there were many complaints of SO's getting access to the textmsgs...

Anyways, if he truly is "too smart to call", he is smart enough to get a $10/mo prepaid cell phone and do all the calling and texting he wants, no? Doesn't seem like this is the right way to approach the "problem"...
