Been with Sprint since 1998. We never end up getting phone rebates, but every few years we call to see what a loyal customer might get to commit to another contract. We have a multi line account and a single line account. The single line contract was up last month.
Was 30/mth = 300 + 150, FIMF, nights 8pm, 25% discount
Now, 30/mth = 300 + 150, FIMF, Nights 7pm, pcs-pcs 25% discount (2 yr commitment)
Fair enough for loyal customers who pay on time every month.
(This was done by a regular CS person. Very nice man. I did have to push for the 7pm nights, but not too hard.)
