Are you sure? I think its active running programs. If I close a program using the back button instead of the windows button it no longer shows in that graphical list when I hold the back button.

It seems that most complaints about WP7
is about how its not windows mobile 6.5. It is not supposed to be though. Windows Phone is completely different that Windows Mobile. I hate to say it but I can safely say the majority of people do...
