This is exactly correct. Another advantage that iPhone has is that the apps are designed for one type of phone not for many different phones, so its much easier (and less buggy) for the app designers.

Me too. I first bought the silicone and it worked great but the only problem I had was when it was in my jeans pocket it was hard to take out. I solved that by buying the snap case.
