I do not have that problem. I did notice that if you have battery saver mode 'ON' and your battery is low.. it will stop the automatic pushing of emails and other things to try and conserve power.

exactly! i do notice if you pick up a phone when its ringing it quiets down. maybe it assumes you are looking at the phone or something so it won't ring. I am not sure
