Ringplus MVNO on Sprint
I am surprised that there aren't descussions here about Ring Plus. They are an odd MVNO on the Sprint network. They work somewhat like a prepaid, but the service is allegedly add supported, so for many users there is actually no recurring charge.

I was on Sprint 5 years ago and left when the cost/service level dipped significantly below Tmobile in my area. My primary line is now on Verizon, which is nominally expensive (shared with 8 family members so not that bad).

A few months ago I got a Ring Plus line. It seems to work as well as Boost, VM, Ting etc, but basically costs nothing monthly if you stay within your plans limits. I do hear adds and music when I call out instead of the ring tone, but other than that, works just like any other Sprint MVNO. They even offer $0.15/minute voice roaming when not on Sprint native coverage, which I think VM customers can't get.
