What Cable/Internet Provider Do You Have?
I'm just wondering what other people have and if your happy with the service. Also if you don't mind how much your paying.

I've been with Time Warner for many years. Not being able to see some Ohio State games has left a bitter taste in my mouth not to mention it seems like they don't give a ****. I'm going to try wow internet out. They have a budle package that includes high speed internet, cable + dvr and a phone for $99. I really don't need the phone but it's not much less. Is that a good deal? I also thought about trying dish network and or At&t uverse but there not in my area yet.

I have the Triple Play Silver package with Comcast. It includes Digital Cable with HBO, Stars, Encore, On Demand, and HD DVR.....Plus Cable Modem....and Comcast Digital Voice with unlimited Nationwide LD included. It all runs about $150 a month before taxes.

Comcast for both TV and Internet, but switching to FiOS TV and Internet (15down-2up) on the 2nd of January.

Comcast, for both internet and cable...might be phone service too.

Dish Network for TV.

Thinking of switching to Uverse though.

One trick I've discovered with Comcast. If you tell them you are switching to someone else, they usually will throw a 30 dollar plan at you that is better than their basic package.

Comcast digital channel basic package plus DVR and Internet runs me about $120 a month. I miss HBO. :(

The alternative is DirecTV/DSL through Qwest and that's it out in the boonies that I am aware of and I think it would cost about the same give or take $10. We prefer Comcast to Qwest.

No landlines. I have a T Mobile pre paid phone that I put $25 on every six months and the minutes are good for a year. Then I have three lines on my at&t wireless account that runs me $140 a month.

So, that's my entire communications cost, $260 a month total. I tried to woo Comcast into offering me a less expensive package but I didn't think to threaten to leave. Hmm. *scratches chin* I may employ this tactic in the future. LOL.

Time Warner....

15mbps (Turbo RR), and digital cable, 3 DVR's, no premium channels. Appox $130.

I got comcast for landline, internet and cable. But I tent to use my phone for more internet. But if I need to go to a webpage that doesn't work on my treo, I use the pc.

I have Sunflower Broadband (a local provider here in Lawrence,KS) for cable tv and internet. Used to have the digital phone as well, but only used that for tivo - which was something of a waste. I currently have every channel they offer, including HD, HDDVR, two extra cable boxes (unused and free). The internet is a 20mbit line down, so it's fairly sweet. The only thing that kind of sucks is that they cap you (soft cap, though) as to the amount of stuff you can download. It's currently set at 80 GB a month of bandwidth usage, but I've never really even gotten close to that. It's better than it used to be, though, as it started out at 20 GB. All of this costs me about 180 a month.
