I'm only entitled to a $75 upgrade credit... would this matter? Also, I have perks and discounts on my current plan. I have Everything 450 with $20 recurring credit and 20% corporate discount and Pick 5.

When I'm on wirefly.com it tells me to choose Everything 450 for $69.99


If I do this... will my plan change and I lose all my perks and stuff? Just wondering if anyone's done this before. Instead, I can buy the phone brand new with contract at the sprint store online for $199.

I'm thinking about paying $199 then 200 ETF for canceling the service = $400 and I don't need to renew my contract.

What other tips/options do I have?

Can I cancel within the first 30 days and not pay the ETF and keep the phone for the same price or do an ESN swap and return the old phone?

We have a family plan, the 1500 minutes. Can I add a line @ sprint or radio shack, cancel the line the next day, put it on my line with the pre, then keep the phone? Will I 100% get a charge for full price on the Hero? Worst case do they just charge me the 480 for the hero? If I chance it I'm not terribly worried as I can sell my pre for a large chunk of the cost.

It has unlimited anytime minutes and I have it on a Centro now and am out of contract and would like to upgrade phones. I see that most have been able to activate a Touch Pro 2 or Intrepid on SERO plans or other legacy plans. I have a couple questions about upgrading but keeping my specific plan:

1) Should the TP2 or intrepid work for this specific plan?

2) will my "Sprint Data Pack" for $7.50 be suitable for utilizing all the data functions on the TP2 or Intrep?(eg. internet, GPS). will I be able to use Sprint Nav for free with this data pack?

3)Do I just order the phone through telesales and then activate it online? I DO NOT want to lose this plan for obvious reasons.

Finally, any advice about upgrading phones with keeping this plan or tips on other "new" smartphones which will work on this plan aside from the intrepid or tp2 would be greatly appreciated.

Family share plan F&C 700 min for $49.99. 1000 texts.

Problem is that some glitch a few months ago caused me to get double charged on my family plan (49.99 per line). They credited the amount monthly, but now they are telling me my plan is old and they aren't able to do so. They have not credited the amount this month, but have said they have asked a supervisor to look into it. I have not paid my bill as I have called repeatedly and have received no answer.

Second, they have stopped crediting my text pricing too on my individual line.

I would like them to credit the amount I am due but they have been stalling. I have spoken with account services repeatedly.

Are they any comparable plans that I can switch to simplify this situation?
