I had called the first time, and had it applied for my next billing cycle, and they first service rep said it should be applied.
I called again the following month and now they said it was "denied" because I am already on sero, which is "discounted" already.
I called another time because others here have said to try again because others have gotten a discount on top of their sero plan, and she applied and will be available next billing cycle and she also added it to my current bill as credit.
Now, I called again because my bill is back to what it was before the discount was applied and she refuses to add it as she says the same thing as the other rep, that sero is already a "discount".
So i guess that's the end of it? I was just dissappointed how I was basically tossed back and forth. How are those who have sero getting a company discount. I'm trying to add my military discount and it seems like its impossible.
