I had nemerous problems with my 6700 I won't go into. I was told by 'texh support' new ROM might help but I have no PC now. They said goto store. One guy said ok but hd no cable. I went back next day and he was on vacation and this girl flpped out. She said they can't put anything in their system. (my cell was already clean fom a hard). She called all over whispering, probably telling them I was nuts. She came back aying they can only do a hard reset. I already did 3. So I left. Phone got worse: EVDO became sporadic. freezing, rebooting itself and mini would no longer mount. They were real rude when I went back (Niles, Ohio store). They took it and spent 30min trying to prove I messed it up, Finally they said I needed a new one but had to order it - 7-10days. 2weeks later-nada. 3weeks-nada. So I called *2 and got to tecj. They asked few ?'s, gave me 2months vision credit and sent new phone (took 3days). Thank God for Customer Support. I hear a lot of bad things aabout them. But its the people on the store with no training making no money with bad attitudes giving Sprint a bad name. If u have a problem call *2 and ask for tech or ATR if 6700. I wil never go to Niles store again. They lied and treated me like a junky asking for heroin. (And I still have ROM 1.03) :( But I love sprint! (AND THE 6700 IS AWESOME - it was a fluke). Wishes: Java, .NET 2.0..
