read the reply below, please help me understand some of the point ecare is making. change my bill cycle? new account? will the change my current SERO PLAN? will i loose all the freebie, like 7pm n/w and 500 free text messenging a month, plus i also have the 10% loyalty, anyone with any experience with this please reply.

To add your company's Nationwide Volume Program discount, we require the
following information:
- Full name of your company
- Your immediate supervisor's name and phone number
- Your complete employment address
In order to receive this discount, I may have to change your current
bill cycle so it matches your company's bill cycle. If your bill cycle
changes, your current account will be finalized and a new account will
be established. The discount will appear on the second page of your
invoice and will read as 'Nationwide Volume Base Discount.' It will
appear on the second bill after the discount is established.

no you wont lose anything. when you get your corp discount they have make your plan start/end the same day as your corp. it wont affect anything. but just tell ecare that to make sure.

how did you get ecare to do that for you. Ecare can't do that for me :( they said SERO is incompatabile with corporate discount.

that is what they are telling more people. it may be the case now. when i got my discount there was nothing about that. i also had the discount carry over from a "normal" plan. send a new email to a different rep, or call, and see what they say.

Don't worry. They have to change everyones billing cycle. You will just be prorated. When you get a company discount everyone for that company receiving that discount has to have the same cycle. EVERYONE. So no worry about that. And they will not take away SERO. If yoiu truly work for the company, you are entitled to the discount and they must give it to you regardless. =) Hope that helps.....
