Anyone know how to unlock a Samsung MM-800, with 2.0 megapixels. I bought it off ebay and it is locked and Sprint was no help.

get the msl, then dial ##3282# go to advanced, enter your msl, then go to your lock code and it'll say what it is.

You get the MSL when you activate your phone - Sprint will tell you to dial ##some numbers# then enter your phone number and MSID - the number between the ## signs is your MSL.

The lock code should be reset when you do an OTA activation, however, to the last 4 digits of your phone number. Just make sure the phone is on and has signal when you call in to do the activation and the activation process will automatically reset the lock code.
