I have a question regarding my plan. I recently upgraded to the $50 1500 minute retention plan, and was told if needed I could add a second line. Now, I had issues with my account so they told me I could get the second line free on my account. They told me to get the phone from the store, that I did. Then I went to call cs to get them to add that line and they told me that plan does not share. What do I do, as this was retentions that promised it. Also, I was supposed to get whatever I have on the 1st line to the 2nd free, such as vision, and text, but they now said no, only regular shared features. ANy Suggestions?

I've never heard of a 1500min $50 nationwide plan, or everybody would be jumping on it, especially a shared plan...the best I've seen recently besides SERO is the $40 for 1000min nationwide plan...also, I don't know of any newer plans within the past few years that include the coding from the first to additional lines...now if you were promised this by retention, hopefully you got a name and ID # from the rep that offered you the plan, because I would be surprised if it was in the notes...

Yes, because if it is a plan that retention promised you or gave you then they are the only one's that can provision it to your account. Not everyone has access to those plans, because they are not regular plans that are open to just anyone.

I have the same plan - got it about 3 months ago. It is NOT a family plan, but it is a nationwide plan. When I was offered the plan I asked about the option to add a line and was told that it was not possible - they did offer me a 2000 minute family plan but I don't remember the price (under 70 I think)...
There are only 2 catches with the 1500 minute plan:
1. Does not include roaming (but is a nationwide plan).
2. Does not have buckets of overage minutes - ANYTHING over 1500 is .40 a minute.

I don't see how you could have been offered 2000AT minutes on a nationwide plan for under $70...I'm paying $85 for it on a 4 year old plan that is widely acknowledged to be one of the best Sprint has ever offered...I've never seen or heard of anyone paying less than $85 for 2000AT, and most people these days are paying over $100, even on retention plans...if they did in fact offer that, you should have jumped on it...

Okay, I went back and found my notes from that day - (I use a notepad at work and NEVER throgh them away - after I fill em up, I save em).. On Feb 13th I spoke to Kelly - She offered 2000AT min for $75, and 10 for each additional line - (my notes say 75+ 10 add so I assume this is what it is...)
I don't have a need for an additional line or I would have taken it - I had simply asked her if the first plan she quoted (my current) could have additional lines added.
Looking through the retention thread, I see this was a common offer back then that several people took..... But I'm quite happy paying about 40 bucks + tax for 1500 minutes!
