I just recently got the PPC 6700 and i love it, wouldn't trade it up for anything. But my one cpmplaint right now is that, when I receive a call, text msg, email, or anything that will trigger my phone to ring I can't silence it by pressing a button I have to wait it out. Now it would be rather ridiculous if you couldn't do that. I mean it is a phone and phone users do have lives and attend meetings, school or what have you, and sometimes you forget to put your phone on vibrate or turn it off, so maybe there is something I'm missing. Can somebody help PLEASE???????????????????

you can turn off the ringer. or you can push the end button, if you push end when recieving a call it goes to voicemail.

Just move the slider button on up or down and it will silence the call without bouncing to voicemail. THat way people won't know they're getting screened.
