Retention Bait and Switch Problem

I need some help in negotiating with Retention.

Was about to jump ship for T-Mobile:
$40 for 1000 mins AT
$20 for unltd. Sprint PCS

Retention offered me:
$75/mo. for two phone lines and one laptop EDVO line.

$45/mo = $60 less 25% for FF 550 mins for two lines (or 25% off the lines individually)
Free Roaming
Free PCS to PCS

$30/mo = $40 less 25% for EDVO unltd. card for my computer

They honored the phone deal, but not the EDVO deal, saying it was available last week, but not this week. There was no mention of this offer expiring at anytime.

For unltd EDVO, they gave me $45/mo = $60 less 25%, which is unacceptable. If this is not corrected in the next 10 days, I will cancel all three Spint accounts.

I am getting stonewalled. Can you help me or put me in touch with a senior Sprint PCS Customer care person who will listen to reason?
