Retentions offerd me 500 text messagse for free. But the thing is on my plan details on sprint.com it looks like this http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v328/saucyboss/myplan.jpg
why does it say that i have both 500 text and unlimited text for $8 each?? i hope im not gonna be doubbled up on my text charges. i even renewed a 2 year contract on the 28th of this month and it still says that my contract will end march 9...any ideas why this is like this?

Looks like they are messing up, try to call and tell them to just take off the 500 for 8.....and as for contract renewal someone didn't file it correctly yet.

did you have a txt option on your account before?
1 if its free you wont see a credit til the paper bill.
2 wait til you get a paper bill and if you are double charged and not doubled credited then call and ask.
