many many people have unlimited texts. call*2 and tell them to add it or email ecare. either way is fairly quick and both should be simple.

i emailed ecare about u/l text and 6pm for free and after a few emails i got what i asked for...

when i emailed ecare i was told that unlimited was not available at the moment that i could pay 7 a month for it with an 8 dollar credit or take the 500 for free so i took 500 and i usually don go over so its all good but jus email ecare tellin them that to make ur sprint service more enjoyable these features would b greatly appreciated and see what they can do if nothing try again if its worth ur time.. hope this helps

Thats what they told of too i could only get the 8 dollar credit and had to pay for the rest ... i have a huge discount right now and i am worried if i ask them for more things they are gonna take my things away...

highly unlikely that they will jus take things away the worst they will do is say no since at some point in time another rep thought it was necessary for you to have these things for free another rep will not take it away keep tryin but i havent heard of too many sucess stories of ul texting for free jus the 8 dollar credit then payin the seven left

Jus re email and say that u have friends with the 5 dollar unlimited text and see what they say and if they say it is not an option ask them what are your other options... most of the reps will try n help u as much as possible... they all seem to be understanding

this is the email i sent them.


I currently have unlimited text messaging for $7.50. A few other people that I know who have sprint emailed you guys/gals and asked for unlimited text for FREE. They had exactly what I have now. I know one of my friends got his planned changed to unlimited text from $7.50 to FREE. The other got it for $2.50. I would love to have it free if possible. I know others have unlimited text for FREE. If I can get unlimited text for FREE or for $2.50 without renewing my contract. I only renewed the contract on the line with unlimited text only 4 months ago. So I dont think that was very long ago for me to have to renew. If you can help me at all with my question that would be GREATLY appreciated :) . I pay over a $100 a month and pay them on time. So if I can save some money that would be GREAT! :)

toosexyforyou, why don't you just PAY for the services you want? chances are you have to be with sprint for at least a year to get free ul texting and/or PV. i finally got free ul texting and i've been with sprint for 3 years, that's why retentions gave it to me. seriously, if you can't afford it in the first place, don't waste your time

I don't have it for free, but I have it for $2.50. I just called them up and told them that some rep told me that was the price for it when I was considering resiging a contract, and then after I resigned, they told me it was $15. I went on to explain that I was upset about this, and the rep told me to hold, and 2 minutes later, came back and told me that she had put it on my account for $2.50.

ok i think i have it, i called customer service and i got various answers.... a couple told me that i have unlimited texting for the next two years for free, another few said that i only had unlimited texting free for the first month, so i am still kind of worried about that. i dont know what to believe now...

toosexyforyou, I hate how every rep you speak to tells you something different about your account. I have the same problem as you, but with vision, roaming, and rlink. Some tell me that it's free for 2 years...I called back to verify and they told me it's just free for first month. I guess I'll find out once the bill prints.

Also, I've tried to get free unlimited texting and since I have free vision...the computer wouldn't let the rep add free txting without upgrading my vision to powervision...so I told her nevermind.

I hate how the computer system is making the reps change my vision in order to add/change things in my account. I can't touch my account anymore in fear of losing my free vision.

This has nothing to do with post but I'm sick of it saying I have never posted before and waiting for that screen to load. So now I have posted. Sorry if you had to read this thinking it was information that was useful.
