i have the sprint pcs vision picture pakage, it says i can send unlimited picrures, have 100sms text and web usage. does that mean i don't get charged for downloding stuff to my phone from an uploader, or do i get charged?

Each upload will count against your text total since it is sent via a text link.

but will i get charged for the actaul download because i read somewhere you get charged for each kb downloaded?

no. u only will get charged 2 cents per kb if u dont have a PV plan, which u have.

I also have Vision PIctures Pack and a rep told me that was for sending/receiving picture mail ONLY. She told me that internet usage is not included in the plan...is that true?

Define "downloading things." If it's a free ringer site, like funformobile.com, yes. But if it's a sprint ring tone with a price tag, no. Be more specific about the content and somebody can tell you for sure.

by downloading i mean, making my own .qpc file and uploading it through the foucus tool and downloading it through the link on my phone. so will i get charged for every kb downloaded? thanks for all the answers that i have gotten but im still confused

I have never used the Focus feature. I just read about it here on the Sprint Users page I found for it and it seems like it would be free to use with your vision plan. But since I haven't used it myself to be certain, I would be more comfortable with somebody else confirming that statement for you.

sine you have the vision picture package, it gives you unlimited internet on your phone so you will not get charged per kb, if you get a ringer or screensaver or whatever off of the sprint homepage on your phone those will charge you, you can upload your own using the focus uploader on this site and download it to your phone, it wont charge you, i have used it before, however since you only have 100sms text, dont go upload crazy cause when you upload it you will be sent a text on your phone and you will click on the link in the text to download it, so the text will be counted against your 100sms texts
