Well, as a noob I'm a complete idiot, but I can't get SprintTV on my 700p right now. I say I'm a noob because I've had my 700p for about 2 hours now. This is my first Sprint phone other than a demo phone I got to use about 8 years ago. I hope this is not an indication that this is going to be a rough ride....

Here Is The Fix..i Spent Almost 2 Hours On The Phone And A Tech Support Guy Finally Figured It Out. If You Cannot Sign On To Powervision And/or Sprint Is Showing A M01 Server Error And Or You Can't Access Music Store you Need To Reset The Internet Do This. I Have A Treo 700p And It Solved All The Problems. Hit ##774 Dial Then Enter Msl (master Subscriber Lock, Which You Can Only Find Out From Sprint) And Follow The Prompts To Reset Your Internet Connection

I can not get on Sprint TV either. Loads about 5 seconds and the Media Player hangs. In North Carolina.

Took battery out for a few minutes and did not help. The Media Player hangs after 5 or so seconds. Hitting the cancel key does nothing. Have to hit end key to stop.

Web browser, Music Store works OK. Called tech support and they said it was a problem in my phone that I needed to take it in for repair. It was working fine last night. Gonna give it a day or so to see if it clears up.

I'm getting a M03 There is a problem with the server error right now in Kansas City, MO.

It's been working over the past week with no problems.. Although I don't use it daily...
