so I called retentions and told them about an offer verizon " supposedly " offered me. The lady told me I now have a high priority note on my account for half off the price of a new A920. So what I need to know is how will this be applied ? will it just come off the price of the phone, or are they going to credit my account and try to charge me the full price up front ? :thought:

Easiest would be to order the phone from the Rep on the phone, they should apply the discount right there. If you go through a store or what not you may get charged full price up front and may run into a hassle getting your credit back. Where do you stand in your contract that your bluff from Verizon worked? Just curious, congrats.

 I've only been a Sprint customer since October of last year, and I just resigned a new two year three weeks ago to get onto a SERO plan. They must want to keep me as a customer for SOME reason . :tu:

if you buy the phone from the sprint store, the credit will go towards your account. You will have to purchase the phone at store price -$150(if you are elegible for rebate.) Then it will just be like the money will go towards your next bill and it will pay it off for you.
