So you lied to ecare and got called out ? haha, if anyone does give you their info their account will most likely be audited and changed itself, assuming anyone actually has that. Sorry bud

Just tell them you were confused - and your friend is on Tmobile and has that plan $39 1000 minutes - (yes it does exist on Tmobile) and wants you to switch - you were seeing if sprint would match the plan or come close....
I have a $49 1500min plan w/ sprint...

Haha, forget about it. Just call or e-mail again and try a different rep.

yoo are so wrong. Please note the sprint rep did not say there is no such plan as that would be fraudulent on the part of the Sprint rep.
The only thing they can or would say is that a lower their ecare person cannot apply the $40 / 1000 minute plan which certainly thousands of people have. It was the very first thing out of the mouth of the rententions person I spke to two days ago.
He did not "lie," and the person is not going to get "audited" since this is a legitimate plan CURRENTY offered.
The only thing bozi2002 needs to do is reply to ecare that this is a retenion plan currently offered by Sprint and that is the one he wants. a legit repsonse by ecare would be either that he qualifies or doesn't.

Its all good guys, I didnt want to get anyone in trouble, so i ended up getting the 800 minutes plan for $69.99 +$9.99 third line - 24% business discount = $60.79 which is not that bad. I tried to get the 7PM nights while I was signing up but the salesperson said it was only for individual plans. So I decided to test my luck and email ecare and low and behold I got the following message back:
Thank you for contacting Sprint together with Nextel. I will be happy
to assist you regarding the 7 PM Night and Weekend option.
As per the request, I have added the 7 PM Night and Weekend option
absolutely free on all the 3 lines of the account as of April 21, 2006.
The change on the account will get reflected online within next four
hours.
For further assistance please feel free to write back. Thank you for
contacting us.

I was offered by retention $40 1000 min +free roaming and other goodies but I switched myself over to the SERO plan. So yea $40 1000 min definatly exists just gotta know where to look.
