Besides my original plan which is supposed to get that 10% flyer discount applied this cycle, I bought three new phones on three separate plans then returned one of them and canceled that line under the 14 day trial. Then I'm going to merge the three remaining plans into one shared plan phew! What changes have you made toosexy?

I looked into the insurance thing. I just forgot to post. From what my agent says if there is a significant number of claims they can cancel not only the policy to cover the phones but any policy you may have with them. So it could be ok if your easy on your phone but don't know if I'd risk it.

i also received a 5 dollar credit for using 1800 number to call sprint with my cell, and not know to use *2

If you get other credits, such as recurring ones for nights and weekends or what have you, they are listed usually in "Promotional Credits".

The volume part of that is the basis for how much of a credit you get off your monthly recurring charge. However, I do not know how people get hundreds of dollars off. If they do, I believe it's due to a mishap in billing or some other such error.

Got my phone last june with 300 anytime minutes, free nights and weekends and such.
Bill usually cost $39
In February I found out they had the same priced plan for 100 more minutes, fair and flexible plus no roaming fees. Vat in de hell. So I switched to that.
My bill was then about $38 :icon_smil
Then in March I found out I got a little discount with work. And changed it again. Bill then looked around $36
And now in April my boyfriend hooked onto my plan, with the cheapest family plan with 500 minutes, still with free roaming and nights and weekends, but also free phone calls to anyone on sprint or nextel (which is about 70% of the people we talk to) :tu:
Don't know the damage yet, we have free internet for a month, but he's got a sweet a900 phone and is thinking about keeping the net which would only ad 8 bucks.
I'm going to guess this bill will be around $60 (note this doesn't including the games and ringers he bought before we found out how to get them for free) :frustrate

Two months ago when I changed to this plan the CSR thought she made a mistake in applying the $0 AAP code so she gave me a $220 credit to make up for her error. Turns out, when the next bill came, the code was fine but the $220 credit stayed!
I won't have to pay a wireless bill 'till July.
Feels like I'm getting away with something until I consider the number of calls made to Sprint CS over the years to get billing errors corrected.

I just finished with a *2 rep who squared away my account to my complete satisfaction. I had called with a technical question which he squared away for me and then said that I could add another line to my account. I said that my add-a-phones were $20 and that I was considering switching them to Verizon for $10 as we also have a phone with them in my husband's Mercedes (their stupid little Startac phones are only supported by Verizon...) He said NO- I will fix it for you.
