I have searched high and low for a resolution to this, but cannot resolve this.
I am trying to send a picture mail to my wife's phone (we both have MM A920's) and vice versa, but can never just receive it by using the phones. I always have to go online (via my computer) and send it that way. All the pictures I send back and forth are online in our respective accounts so I know they are sending.
Is it possible to send pics back & forth without going online (via pc)? If so, is there some setting I need to enable to make this happen? I have a feeling that I am missing something simple (at least I hope so!) so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
David

IF they are online then you are right they are going somewhere. Double check where they are going...ensure that you are using a 10 didget number with an area code. Can you text each other?

We can text each other with no problem.
One thing I thought of as I was double-checking the text messaging, when I attempt to send a pic mail, I just use the cell phone number. Should I be using the pic mail address I see online?

I would just use the number. I am not positive the @pm.sprintpcs.com will be received on your phone. One last test. Try and send a picture from your phone to your own phone using its own phone number. See if it loops back. Ensure that they aren't just sitting in the "pending" folder. Something not right going on. If all this fails you can give tech support a try. 1-866-273-2163 from a secondary line.
This is a difficult question. Offhand I don't know of any known issues that will send the picture out so that its stored online but not be received on the other end. Would be a simpler issue if there was an error at somepoint somewhere.

I can successfully send pic mail to myself. I am puzzled.
Any thoughts before I call tech support and start waiting?

I'm having the same problems you mentioned with my fiances a920. Just got it brand new, she takes a picture and tries to send, it wants a damn password. The phone is on a second line, but she's ALWAYS been able to use her picturemail. Even with her a840. I called tech support and even went all the way to level 2, after several failed attempts, they tell me to take it to a sprint store, where a tech can look at the phone, may be the software on the. I'm stumped!!!!!!

I'm having the same problem. I got all the picture mail issues (messages were just staying in the pending folder) resolved a few weeks ago but now this is happening. Send a picture and it never arrives at it's destination phone number.

Has anyone come up with a solution/cause of this problem?
I have not had a chance to call customer support (although I don't know how much help that will be).

u want my # deval? lol :) my treo 600 wouldnt connect to vision / pic mail. talked to 3 diff reps and techs and they all had me do the same thing of putting in #744 or whatever and puttin my msl in to reset the vision. nothin worked. so they had lockline send me a replacement. got another treo 600. still wouldnt work, called tech support again, after 40 mins of talkin to a rep, they couldnt get it to work either, even tried resetting my pic mail and pushing the data to my phone, still nothing, so they tech put in a lockline replacement, after i tried 2 more treo 600s, he got me a treo 650, that just came today. i havent activated it yet. its not a refurb, bnib sealed, i was shocked. but anyways, when i switched to my 9000, it worked perfectly fine. switched to my a800, again, it worked perfectly fine. but the treo 600 , it wouldnt work at all. so now that i have a treo 650, im gonna try it and see if it works on there. i hate havin to check the daily "lanceisms" and "sexy pic of the day" on the comp only :(
