Ok this is what happened I had a Samsung A840 And it was stolen. On that Plan I had PCS Vision. My replacement phone that my friend gave me was a Samsung A940. When I activated it the Employee at the sprint store didn't tell me that because my new phone was a power vision phone My pcs vision package was turned off. So I used the internet for about 3 days , assuming, that I had it on my plan. Now I have an $89 Internet fee on my phone. I called and had them activate me for the 20$ power vision plan. Do you think there might be any way for me to argue and get out of having to pay the 89$ Internet Fee because The employee saw my account and did not tell me I wouldn't have the internet anymore?

yeai i'd see if i could get a credit for that because the rep should have told you that it was a power vision phone (#), and that there would be a change in your plan,
i don't understand why the rep didn't just sign you up for the $15.00 pv package that's what happened to some ppl(myself included) when they did and ESN swap

Yeah he just activated the phone and said nothing else related to my plan.

I heard that a while ago when PV had barely come out this had been a real issue. Around these forums people had gotten charged into the $1000's and one guy had to be credited 20 grand. I think they charge way too much for casual usage. $20 a mb its ridiculous.
