I have the Vision Pak on my account but when I went online to check my usage it shows that I had received 2 "passive SMS messages" over my allowed amount. I've only received those two messages this entire billing cycle.
The description of Vision Pak on my account says I get 100 SMS messages per month? Am I missing something?
And just what is included with Vision Pak? Sprint's website is confusing/

i've never heard anything about passive SMS messages (#), it's probably something in relation to casual 3g events
you have grandfathered vision which includes 100 SMS (#) messages

So can you tell me what the "grandfathered" Vision Pack includes? Unlimited internet, right? I have a retention plan and they somehow added Vision a few months ago without me noticing. I think it was when I purchased a new camera phone.

All of Sprint's data plans have had unlimited data usage (unlike Verizon's). SMS, pix, etc allowances varie between plans. Best bet is to email ecare and have them itemize your plan.
