I am looking at getting a family plan with 3 lines. The best I have been able to find right now for the 800 minute plan with nights at 9PM is $69.99 base rate + $10 for extra line - 24% discount = $60.79. I was wondering if you guys could offer any suggestions on how I could get a better price. I already looked into SERO but that would mean getting 3 lines at $22.80 after 24% discount for a total of $68.40, which would be more and have more features than I need.

you could get the plan as listed, call the number on the flyer(search) and get another 10% off and get your nights to 6pm for free.

what are you needing to make it better? more minutes? less over all cost? do you have a plan now, would you be a new customer???

I would be a new customer and just wanting to get a less overall cost. I searched and saw some people with similar options and lower price but they had retention plans.

i think the best would be get your plan and then through ecare get as many free add ons as you can. keeping in mind that all discounts will be charged then your 10% loyalty then credited back. or try calling within the 14 days to cancle and see if you get retention, if they just drop you then start over lol.

Jajaja, I am a sprint customer care representative that works only i can teach every single trick you want.
1.- Renew your contract with the family plan and remember
first line is for $ 69.99, second line is for free, third to fifth line is $ 20.00 add-on each one. The disccount, the nights and weekends at 6pm for $ 10 in one line and the bogo service that will give you free nights and weekends at no extra charge in the other lines
Call 1-800-639-6111 press option 4, 5. Explained to the rep you are interested in renew your contract for 1 year for $ 50.00 disccount in first bill or 2year contact for 10% extra disccount beased on service plan.
14 days later call to 1-800-639-6111 and follow 4-3 to discontinue service. Exlain to them that you reallky want to cancel and you are a big customer and ask for the 200 minutes bonus and there you go dude. 1000 minutes for the same prize.

And you know something fellas, enything you want just ask me. I KNOW EVERYTHING:!!!

Of course but you must be nextel customer, give me your number and thats it but the text messaging will be free only for 2 months, and regarding nights and weekends we dont have a service that we can activate in the sistem to have that service free, only if you have family plans. Thanks.

Talking about the phones i just work with nextel numbers and equipments. Sorry dude!

ahhh dang it! its ok I am on Sprint, oddly enough, i was offered a family plan today by a rep. I couldnt really understand what he was saying, but I declined it since I am the only one that has a phone. Hmm free TXTing for only 2 months? I wonder if that is true with Sprint plans when you e-mail eCare.. hmmmmm

CSR, what do you know about getting free minutes added to a F&F Sprint plan? I just renewed last month and have several good free options, such as free 6pm and 10% loyalty and a biz discount. Is it possible to do what you said above and get 1000 min for the price of 800? Thanks.

Of course it is possible. If you do me a favor i will add to you 100 minutes free for 1 month if you have a NEXTEL phone, just cooperate with me. Open a new blog or a new topic saying. I am a loyal Sprint customer currently with the shared Family Plan at 69.99 w/800 min and would love to reduce my overal cost by getting 10% off and my nights to 6pm for free for my Family Plan of three phones.

In addition to paying for Vision & Vision Access on each phone, I'm also paying for N/W at 7pm on the plan, 2way text messaging for each phone, but discounted on the 2nd & 3rd, international service on Treo for my overseas calls, & picture mail & Unlimited SMS for my Treo which doesn't seem to be included with this Vision Plus Pack.
So I definitely plan to take the advice to write to eCare and see if I can get 10% off and my nights to 6pm for free.

well im a new sprint customer but i have the same plan you have i am paying for vision, nights at 7, and i have a 30% retention discount and a 16% business, i would like to have a monthly credit of some amount and nights at 6 and u/l txt msg juss on my primary.. do you guys think thats all possible...btw nights at 6 i can live without, so im not stressing if i dont get that....

It took a little while, but I wanted to be certain my request went through to my account.
I wrote to Sprint E-care via the "Manage", "Contact Us" online e-mail site and kindly asked for Loyalty Discounts of Free N/W at 6pm and a Business discount.
i was not able to get the N/W at 6pm but did get it free starting at 7pm.
I figured it couldn't hurt to ask, so If your request is within reason you should be able to get what you are requesting.

So I happily received free N/W at 7pm, & 21% Empl. Discount (Thank You Sprint :wavey: ) with a new recycled Sprint billing plan based on my Company's billing cycle. See letter below:


Thank you for writing back with the requested information.

I have updated your account so you will begin receiving the discount
from next invoice.

Your billing cycle has changed, and will now start on the 01st of every
month instead of the 18th.

Your discount will appear on the second page of your next invoice and
will read as 'Nationwide Volume Base Discount.'

Regarding the 7 p.m. option, I have renewed the agreement for the phone
number ___ and now this option is free for you.
