This may have been already talked about, but I didnt see it.
I recently bought a new phone (and of course followed the - have to have new PowerVision on plan from rep). Since I already had a 2 year $10/month discount towards vision, they did the same for PV. No big.
So today I call in having web/pic mail problems. While on the phone, I asked (just to see the response) why I had to sign up for PW when PW isnt in my area ( I knew this already). The rep said he would look into it , and a few secs later, said he lowered my off-peak starting time from 9pm to 7pm as a consolation. I didnt even ask, he did for the full 2 year term of the contract. I kept all of my recent, and previous perks to the account.
I think it might be in the computer , if anyone asks about PV in a non-PV coverage area, to just offer them something.
